At Nexora, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their skincare products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Damaged products caused by misuse

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be refunded via your original payment method or bank transfer

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear pictures of the product

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges for other reasons are not accepted.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
